Who: Dr. Paula (Chiropractor) and her team at My Back Relief Clinic
What: My Back Relief Clinic was referred to us from another chiropractor. Being a new clinic, they needed help with their lead generation and wanted to grow their patient base. We began both an SEO campaign (to help their website rank longer term) and a Google Ads campaign (for instant promotion) in September 2017.
Results: The Google Ads campaign has performed at it’s best in the last three months (mid 2018) with a cost per lead of $35 (down from $100). Continued optimisations have setup a positive ROI scenario.
Cost per lead of $35
As a result of keyword research and ongoing testing, we produced a cost per lead figure of $35 across the entire campaign (most recent three months). These leads consisted of both new patient phone calls and email enquiries.
Lowest converting cost per lead: $10
Analysis of the campaign reveals one particular keyword and ad combination that produced a cost per lead of $10. While this wasn’t a high yield combination, it certainly was affordable.
Overall: The client is happy with the volume of leads generated to date and is encouraged by the reduced cost per acquisition. Her clinic is growing and she is now able to help more people live pain-free lives.
