Who: ChiroHQ
What: ChiroHQ found our Google Ads service online and asked how we could help. They had been running their own campaign for some time however were not sure if it was doing anything (except of course costing them money).
Results: Within the first three weeks of our new account setup going live, the ads produced x14 new phone enquiries for a total ad cost of $306. This works out to be a cost per enquiry of $22 each.

These opening weeks (Oct/Nov 2018) generated 14 phone calls from a spend of $306 (well below budget, which is good news for the client).
We usually tell clients not to expect too much activity from a brand new setup. This is due to the time it takes for data to collect (making decisions in the Google Ads platform is largely analytics driven) and how searchers respond to the initial ad copy.
However in this case, x14 new enquiries within three weeks is an excellent result and forms a strong base from which the ad account will grow.
Overall: It takes several months for local data to collect to be able to make effective optimisations to the keyword/ad copy/bid strategy and you should not expect a positive ROI in such a short amount of time – however it is possible.
