Here is a little about me and my experience with chiropractic.
Around ten years ago I needed help. It was serious. Years of poor posture, long nights looking down into text books and ridiculous commutes (up to four hours a day) led to a situation where I couldn’t run without discomfort and couldn’t sleep a whole night without lower back pain.
Something had to give. I was in my early twenties and not enjoying life the way I should’ve been. Thankfully I was referred to a chiropractor (who I still visit) and my life changed.
I remember the exact moment when I realised just how chiropractic could help me, and from that moment on I’ve never looked back.
I was walking down the corridor in an office I used to work in, and for the first time in a long time I actually felt six foot two. I mean, I had always been a tall young man, however had not realised it due to years of poor posture, slouching and the low self-esteem that came with it.
Walking down that corridor, taking longer strides and holding my head high, felt amazing. My confidence picked up and from then on, people would ask: are you still growing Marshall? You look taller.
I guess I was realising my potential – and I had my chiropractor to thank for it.
